All study materials, e-books, PDF notes, recorded lectures, newsletters, and downloadable digital content are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Online Courses & Mentorship Programs

Refund requests may be considered only if:

• The request is submitted within 48 hours of enrollment.
• The learner has not significantly accessed course content.
• The learner has not attended more than one live session.

Approval of refunds shall be at the sole discretion of Defence Gyan DSS.

Duplicate Transactions

In case of duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
